If they use MSN Messenger 7 or above they need to have StuffPlug in order to see your bigger Display Picture. This is because of the way MSN Messenger 7 handles Display Pictures, there is no other way.

If they have MSN Messenger 6, it shouldn't have this problem (as far as I know).
