O.P. running Plus! manually
To speed up the boot sequence on my computer, I routinely run programs only when I need them by running them together in a batch file.  Is it possible to run Plus! this way in a batch file?

RE: running Plus! manually
Yes, but this isn't supported or recommended.

----

What you also could do is setting Plus! to use the "Alternative Attach" method. In this way, you don't need to have Plus! automatically started up when you start up Windows (thus having Plus! in the "Run" key in the registry). When using "Alternative Attach" method, Plus! will automatically start up by itself as soon as you launch MSN Messenger.

----

This said, whatever method you use, Plus! is loaded extremely fast and doesn't use more than a few bytes of memory if it isn't needed. So putting Plus! into a batch file or whatever isn't going to safe you any noticeable time or memory at all though.
