I know this is a forum for Messenger Plus but is it possible to get help for my messenger 7.5?
I cannot login. When I try, it gives me an error 80048820. I have tried everything that says in "help" but I can not get it to work...

anyways, have you run the Connection TroubleShooter?

go to tools > options > connect, then click start...

1. Check the systemclock, see if everything is set alright.
2. Rereg softpub.dll: start > run..type: regsvr32 softpub.dll <enter>
3. Remove any Internet Explorer proxy settings: tools > internet options > connection (tab) > click Lan Settings..untick "Use a proxy server for your LAN"..click "OK"

Hi guys I live in Uruguay and I had the problem that I could not login I ve tried everything .I contact you and the problem was my firewall.Thank you because I had the 8007ee7 runtime error and I could fix it just closing my firewall!!! It was so simple but I didn t know how to resolve it...A big kiss for all of you from Uruguay...
