O.P. how to back up(save) Contacts Inforatmion??

I'm used to type some describtions in plus! extention-->contacts information.This is can make me clear about who I'm speaking to.
But the Thing is :
How can I save(back up) them if I reinstall my system and Messenger Plus?

In the options in the bottom left hand corner is backup wizard
