O.P. 2 Ideas
1) Sub groups, have sub groups branching off main groups.
2) Default settings for all users on the machine.

oh ok i see.

With sub groups would it be possible locally? like store a data file of how you have your list.

Also with default settings i did it through the registry (edit default sttings) so now all users who havent configured plus on my computer have it set at my settings. There should be an option to have it save to default.
