I wanted to bring up task manager, exept when i pressed Ctrl & Alt & Delete it says:
'Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator' exept, i'm the only account on this computer and i'm a administrator
whats happening?

Related to Turn Off button has gone?? Seems something screwed with your rights/policies.

Are you on a network by any chance? Maybe someone has limited your access rights?

Causes:
- Someone's done it to annoy you.
- You've done it without realising
- Poor browsing habits led to a virus, which disabled task manager to make it harder to remove the virii processes.

- "task manager disabled" <Enter>
