Ok, this may be more of a development question but hte asses at msdn ticked me off...


So, my question is:
How does one convert an email address to the account number (found in your registry... like:

19931813043931
1003873702962
1494285418
422969597


Any help would be appreciated, but I dont want a link to a program that does it for me...
