its says that it can make a conection with the page

Do you mean that you have trouble opening the .chm file?

no it opens but it cant conect to the webpage

If it still doesn't work you can use http://www.msgforum.nl/hosted/MPLScripting.chm for now. The server where it's officially hosted on is still slow because the MP!L setup is hosted there too .
