I want to ask if the accounts @live and @windowslive.com are yet available, I've hear about them but I didn't know if the had release them or something like that.

And if they had release them where did I can get one and are they free or do we have to pay?

Anyhow:

It was not and is not ready yet due to the M6 problems, and MS said it will be launched 'soon'.

Check on Google if you're desprate for more exact info. I read this a while back.
