just like the thread says, I can't see anyones personal messages or display pictures. I tried reinstalling msn and signing in again but still nothing. How can I fix this? Any ideas?? Please help me!!!

Are you using any Patches? Patches are known to disable them.

ok, all of those options are checked and I am using zonealarm. I shut it down to see if that fixed the problem and the display pictues now work but still no personal messages.

So how do I fix my msn to allow me to see peoples personal messages??
