O.P. Missing buttons
The buttons that use to be at top of the conversation windows (webcam, audio/talk, games etc.) are gone! And I cant find any way to get them back. Does anyone know why or how?

In the conversation window, Press Alt+T, select "Show Toolbars" and check "Standard". :)

that only works for certain languages...
In dutch, for example, it's Alt+X (Extra's) in stead of Alt+T (Tools(?))
