Can't remember if it uses Paypal, but try Google AdSense.

Google Adsense doesn't use PayPal, iirc they send you a cheque in the pos.t

Roy: You live in Israel? In that case they can send money directly to your bankaccount, which is free in most cases.

I guess you ask for PayPal because checks cost too much handling costs from you bank? I had that problem too before Adsense supported Electronic Funds Transfer. There aren't much ad programs out there that support PayPal, most do checks.
