Ok I've searched everywhere but can't seem to find a midi version of Something Corporate - Konstantine . . maybe someone could help me find it?

Umm ok well you must not understand what a midi really is. You can not convert mp3,wav or any other music file type to midi. Read about midi here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musical_Instrument_Digital_Interface scroll down the page to find out about the .mid file type.

You can, it's just very difficult. You'd need a form of DSP to process the sound, and extract individual notes for each instrument.

And that sort of software won't come cheap.
