In many cases this is a Messenger-server problem which you can't do much about it but report it to Microsoft (Help > Feedback), and not something todo with Messenger Plus!
PS: try to write without abbrivations. It is difficult and annoying to read. This isn't a cell phone with limited characters

In future try and use as much detail as possible when contacting Messenger support. Imagine you have just received the same message, not knowing what the problem is what-so-ever. You need to dumb everything down and explain it to them carefully so they can isolate your problem and hopefully provide you with a detailed answer. Also when using support for any service be friendly, I often find that gets me a speedy reply .
