O.P. Customize "listen to" in name
It's a very short and simple question, but I haven't found the solution yet.

How do I customize the "listen to" option of MSN, so I can add my own text to it and keep the song info as well? Right now it's "icon {song}", but it would be cool if I could just add normal text to it (like "I am now listening to {song}"

Is this possible?

Sounds like you need this script.

It can do what you want and lots more.

Note: you need Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live for scripts to work.

Actually, I already downloaded and tried that script, but it doesn't work in the name fields...

For the psm, it works, I'm pretty sure; clcik the scripts button > Now Playing > Configure > PSM and you can edit it all there.

Though I believe that the psm reverts back to the normal WLM config after a while, I'm not sure of the details on this, anyone know?

ok, I did manage to get into the PSM, but if I want to have emoticons this is not possible there. Maybe for a future version? Just normal text does work there ( it only gets inserted after the headphone icon. Anyway, thanks for your help.
