i cant see msn faces when im chatting too peoplee please help meee

Go to Tools > Options > Messages > Tick 'Show emoticons' and 'Show custom emoticons'. Click OK.

Try closing and opening your conversations; if that doesn't work, try restarting Messenger.

Also, what version of Messenger are you using? Go to Help -> About Messenger in the menu bar (you may have to press Alt to get to it, or maximise the window if it isn't already).
