sorry if it is in the wrong section.

this is the first time i have had any problems with plus over the years.

basically everything was working perfectly until i updated the version.

after that almost everytime I'm using wlm it crashes out of no where. i get a message saying

"a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

this has happened countless times ever since i updated msn live. i have deleted and reinstalled 3-4 times and still it does not help. i refused to update it on my other computer for fear of it crashing too.

anyone else have this problem? how can it be fixed?

i am using vista home premium
wlm version 8.5 1302.1018
plus version 4.80.0.356

Does it crash without Messenger Plus! Live installed?

now i feel stupid for not even trying that! i will try it w/o plus installed now lol.

okay i've checked and so far there have been no crashes at all since i uninstalled messenger plus. =|

Uninstall both then reinstall WLM first then Plus!

i did that earlier today and it made no difference. still crashing =(

i guess i am the only one having this problem =/
why me ahhhh.

okay so now it seems to be only crashing when a contact i am chatting with goes offline

Do you have any Messenger Plus! Live scripts installed?  Or any Skins?
