since i have downloaded new MSN my cam aint working anyone help me out??

What's the name/model of your webcam?

Have you tried upgrading the drivers/software?

What happens when you try to use your webcam?

Does it work in other software?

Are you able to view other people's webcams?

Does the same thing happen with contacts on both 8.5 and 2009?

its a logitech quickcam express pluss i have not updated it yet still works normaly just not on new msn

I have exactly the same webcam and it works fine.

What happens if you go through the audio/video setup of WLM?

Does it give you the option of selecting the camera?

WLM?? how would i get to this ?

Pres alt on the keyboard to get up the menu-bar (if you don't have it already)

then click 'Tools' then 'Audio and Video setup'
