You want to know why Brazilian Spanish is included, but Nedersaksisch or Frysk aren't?

I wouldn't know for sure, but the last two mentioned are (sort of) dialects. Very few people really understand them. It's not worth to include them in Messenger Plus! I think, because not many people will use them.

From what I've heard, Brazilian Spanish is spoken very much, so that could be a reason.

Indeed it has something to do with dialects.

Ik wil alleen ff zeggen dat er ongeveer 1 miljoen friezen zijn, waarvan de meesten ook Frysk kunnen lezen/schrijven (dat leren we op de basisschool). Het Frysk is ook géén dialect!

Misschien wil ik wel aan een vertaling beginnen naar het Frysk...

I just want to say that there are approx. 1 million Frisians, and most of them can allso read/write Frisian (we learn it at school). And Frisian is NO dialect (not even a bit)!

Frisian will most likely not be included, because all of its speakers can also speak Dutch. There is no good reason to include a 'duplicate' language if all of its speakers can use another one already. This would be nice, I agree, but at this point, it might be better not to include those language files to keep the download size as small as possible.
