O.P. Undecided  Help Required, Please
My problem is this.

I have Microsoft money, and up until recently I could download my statements from my 2 bank accounts straight into Money, then just recently I cant.

I have enabled in my Norton firewall the banks to be trusted sites and enabled popups etc.  Also in my windows firewall they are trusted sites.

Why can I not download my statements anymore?????

Help PLEASE

Why don't you ask Microsoft themselves or your bank. I'm pretty sure they know better about the data transaction than we know. :)
