Hey how do you creat animated avatars??

if you mean for this site than.. i use adobe image ready.. i know there are other ways/programs though.

u need to use programs like Image Ready or Animation Shop.... I recommend to download a free 30 day version from http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jsp#product=39 but I dont realy know if Image ready is included

ya anyways image ready is good...but id go with fireworks> sooooo much easier
