O.P. online status for messenger on a website
To all,

I would like to know if there is placing your on-line status for Windows Live! Messenger on a website?

Can this be done?

If so, email me with the code that is required and all will b good!  There'll b a posting for the people that have helped me out!

Kind Regards,

Dave

RE: online status for messenger on a website
There is a script called "MyStatus" that has been submitted to the Script Database today that will show your status and Nickname and Personal Message.  However, it can be coded for you specifically to display it (if you have enough PHP knowledge).  Or another option is to wait a couple of months for Web2Live which will give you everything in an xml, or give you some options on the image to display this information.

Web2Live is my proffered choice, mostly because I'm one of the developers and I have had a look over the code for MyStatus and wasn't overly impressed. And also the fact that at the moment I'm feeling too sick to supply you with code for helping with making your own uploader (and this will just make more competition for me later too...).

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot about that script by Eljay, use the one in hmaster's post ;)

Get Statu2FTP and it will allow you to upload a xml file to your site. Then just use PHP to output the code :).
