O.P. free hosting + picture software
well my plan was, to use picsa to host textures and some sort of php software to manage them, (thinking of plogger or 4images) so i spent literally all day going through the free hosts thread signing up to sites but haven't found anything that works, freehostingnow almost got there but it didn't have a php function or something, the domain name is irreverent cos i'll use smartdots for that.
