Here are my suggestions:

- I don't like the contact status 'dots' on the contacts list.
- Having the image as a background I find off-putting. If you look at the featured 'successful' skins here, you'll see that all of them have a mostly plain background for contacts list and conversation.

Ok i have take a look at my skin and fixed the dots of the contact list and the scrollbar... also added a background image in the contact list.
Update soon be available at the skins database
