O.P. Sounds on ver. 4.79.0.353
I not sure this is a bug, but it doesn't look normal to me.
The contact doesn't hear these sounds.
I use WLM 14.0.8050.1202.
Messenger Plus! Live 4.79.0.353.

Seems to be because of the Plus! Icon custom emoticon you have.
