O.P. Undecided  Windows Web messenger
Hey everyone, first time posting here.. First time really having an issue with Windows Live Messenger.

I noticed today that when I was trying to send an email to a friend that a web version of windows live keeps popping up and it wont let me sign out of it without signing out of my actuall msn.. >/

I want to get rid of it but I have no idea how? Can anyone explain why this is happening and if there is anything I can do to fix it?

RE: Windows Web messenger
To sign out of Web Messenger (on Hotmail or other Windows Live pages) hover your cursor over the Messenger link at the top, then choose "Sign out of Messenger". It will no longer sign you in automatically.

You can also sign out of Web Messenger using Windows Live Messenger, by clicking your name to show the drop-down menu, then choose "Sign out from Messenger on the web".
