I use Windows live messenger 2011 and the latest version of messnger plus!
One day, it stopped showing the contact's pictures of most of my contacts!
It only, shows the pictures of 3-4 of my contacts.. They all have pictures and I'm the only one who can't see them.
Today, I unistalled both windows live and plus and I re-installed them, but it continues with the same thing..
Does anyone know what to do or has the same problem??
Is there something I can change in registry or something?

It may be that you accidently clicked the blue arrow in the conversation window.

- To show them again move your mouse pointer to the left side of the conversation window (will make the arrow show) and click:

Thanks for your response but this is not what I mean.
I see the part of the window that are the pictures , but I can't see the personal picture that each contact chooses.
I can see my picture but on everyone else's picture there is only the default picture of wlm..

Even tho you do not get an error message you may want to try if clearing the contact cache helps. A very clear description on how to do that can be found here.

Note that after doing this messenger will take longer to sign in as it has to get everything from the server again.

Problem solved finally!!
It really starded getting on my nerves!!

I tried what was on the link you send me until the 1st step (delete the contact folder), meaning without the "Repair all Windows Live Programs " option.

Yep, the "Repair..." is only there in case your Messenger wouldn't work after doing the cache clearing (shouldn't happen if you follow the steps correctly).
