What version of Windows Live Messenger are you running and what version of Messenger Plus! are you running?

Have you tried to uninstall Messenger Plus! and Windows Live Messenger then reinstall both? (Obviously Windows Live Messenger first followed by Messenger Plus!.)

yea i did twice and the problem is still facing me !!

i fed up with this problem !!!

i have updated the messenger plus live to 5.10 and the problem is still going !!!!

Hi Eslam,

I advice you to try the following:
-Make a back-up of your Plus! preferences:
Preferences and Options > at bottom left import/export, follow instructions, check all the options in the panel minus the last two (plugins ad skin settings).
- Uninstall Plus! completely, meaning including preferences and plugins....leave them two boxes in the uninstaller checked.
- Uninstall any other Messenger add-on you may have
- Uninstall Windows Live Messenger
- Reboot to make sure there are no leftovers
- Go to http://explore.live.com/windows-live-messenger and redownload/install Messenger
- Install Messenger Plus! from http://www.msgplus.net/

After that if all works correctly you can import your settings again (Preferences and options, bottom left Import/export). If all still works ok after that you can look at installing skins, plugins etc. from our databases, http://www.msgplus.net/Downloads, should you so desire.

If after all these steps, please do follow them carefully, it is still not working as should and you get that box again you can always check the box in front of Disable Safe Mode even tho that does not help us determine where the problem lies, it should make Messenger Plus! run.
