I am not able to log in MyPlus!.

Already clicked Forgotten password and have not received the email confirming my password.

Same problem here.

When trying register with the same email as registered on this forum, it rejects it saying the email already used. When trying login with that email, it says "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again."
Just to make sure my login information is correct I logout on this forum and logged back in with no problem.

I see the problem in that topic was solved manually by person who has access to the database

I've already tried use email/pass from account on this forum - no success.

I suspect the problem is that I tried "forgot password" link and it supposed to send email with new password, but it didn't. So now on main site I have new password...If that is the case, then it's already asking for troubles, password reset should never reset password after user entered their email, it should send a link to the email which will allow user enter their new password. This way it will protect users from someone else reseting their password or if email server was down at the moment of submition it would still allow user login with old password.

Yes, as the whole forums strategy is not yet launched on the new site, having reset the password will not update on the new site..

leandrocacoal, please pm me the username and email you tried to log in with. I noticed you regged new onhere. If you did not have an account here previously then we do not have you in the db there yet (meaning you need to register for MyPlus! Account).

V@no, can you pm me the email addy you are using? I wish to check if that has your current one too
