Hello.

Not sure if this is in the correct section, but i'm needing some help to gain control back on my original live account.

Basically I have filled out the form multiple times, but they keep coming back with (Unfortunately, we could not verify your ownership of ..........)

I have tried to give them enough info, like all my previous passwords I have used and such.  He or she has actually has somehow changed my secret answer aswell.

I have tried to remember as much as possible, but keep getting the same email saying not enough info.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Email them with contacts you have on the account and your address that should be on it. This just goes to prove that people need strong passwords.

Grr spelling mistakes... still not used to the iPad keyboard!

Well it so happens that a few moments ago, I was able to retrieve my account back finally.

The last password I used had 3 cap latters plus digits, so I aint sure how the hell they got in.
