O.P. Skype Lock

In WLM MSN plus there was the feature of locking the MSN is there a similar capability for skype ?

No. It has been requested though, see CTRL + SPACE BAR?.

Developers are working on it - it's not ready for the next version but hope it will be ready for the one after that.
