i was thinking that there should be a link to the forum rules somewhere other than in the registration, which could be easily bookmarked for reference (like when trying to prove a point )

is there one that i have just missed horibly, or is htis a legitimate request?

AFAIK, the only place to find them is http://shoutbox.menthix.net/member.php?action=register which requires signing out and then going to the registration page, or just using another browser.... kinda annoying.

even a link at the bottom with "mark all forums read" would be great
