RE: Windows XP SP2?
of course its gonna be big. u cant be suprised by that. its a major part of an OS, with like a gazillion bug fixes incorporated in it(remember those almost daily updates in september-november??) and an updated version of Windows Update (i mightget to beta test it ) and IE improvements. this is gonna be big. and its got an improved Firewall, which is turned on by default (ur computer wont let you log in until its configured), and might not be so simple to turn off (it MUST be possible tho). so expect something big.

lol
I already have a firewall, so im gonna go trying to disable it. How restricting is the firewall though? I have never used it.

RE: Windows XP SP2?
Well actually this service has been around for a while, just in beta test right now due for release in May 2004. As a beta tester for it I can tell you right now there is no download manager in yet , but there is a pop-up blocker, a lockdown mode like Windows Server 2003, a more restrictive firewall like Zone Alarm, and many other security features. As for size this beta (2055) it was 216 mb (Full, Not Express). As for CC seissons they aren't enabled by default, but can be enabled via regedit. If its not against the rules I'll post some screenshots later on.
