i can't access msn plus. i downloaded it, but i can't get it to work now. When i log on to msn, it isn'[t there, and when i click on it through windows explorer, it says that it's not a vaild win32 program. what do i do? i have msn version 6.2. can anyone help me please?

Try running a virus scan, you may have a virus that has corrupted the file.

Also its Messenger Plus (or MsgPlus for short), not MSN Plus

The best thing to do is to download the setup file (msgplus-301) from a mirror site. Try http://www.pluslite.com/Downloads/Plus/Latest/MsgPlus-301.exe

Although possible it's not very likely.

MsgPlus! could get corrupted during the installation. You should re-install it. Remember to close as many programs as you can while installing it, to avoid any interference.

It is not supposed to work when you double click MsgPlus.exe, instead it should start along with windows and place a Plus! menu at the left of al Messenger menu bars and some icons over the text input field in your conversations and in front of your contacts when you pass your cursor over them.

Dialup Reminder: Several Dial-up users DO report having this error with Messenger Plus! from time to time...Its simply Internet Explorer acting up, just redownload it again and it should work.
