O.P. XP start up problem

This might seem a simple problem...but its annoying me greatly. on the start menu then you click start you get all your recently opened programs. and then above that some favourite programs you've selected to put there. (this is on the xp settings not classic settings)

how can i put more programs in the selected favourite part? Like at the moment i've got 'windows media player, word, explorer and msn explorer' and then recently used programs kazaa, paint etc. ive got loads of room in selected favourites and want to put more programs there that will be there forever unlike favourites.

any idea how you add programs to the top part? i've done it before so i know its possible ive just forgotten.

its driving me insane because i used to know it...if anyone can help me mucho thanks.

Right Click to something -> Pin to Start Menu
YouTube closed-captions ripper (also allows you to download videos!)
