today i faced something very very weird, my contact list is messed up, i cant c if people are online or offline, nothing, the icon next to their name is gone i dont know what's wrong, i only have stuff plug installed which works fine, but i also installed messenger discovery... which worked fine a long time for me, i think it's a good addon but i think it has something to do with messenger discovery or something like that
i also have another problem.. sometimes when i say things messages dont get sent to my contacts, yeah i thought they were ignoring me, but it was weird becoz it all happened at the same moment, if i go offline and then online the problem disappears.... and if u dont believe and think they are ignoring me you are wrong becoz i checked their and mine logfiles so does anybody know what to do to have my icons back and or to solve my other problem
if someone can it would be very gr8 , hope someone will help me

r u sure that is the problem coz i really like stuff plug becoz you can add larger display pictures, it works great, but with MD i can talk offline and c when someone prepares a conversation

I think you need more memory, or your graphic card drivers are messed up. technically, they shouldn't interfere tough

damn and my computer isnt even three months old, intel pentium 3.2 ghz and my graphics card is a geforce 5... i dunno exactly, maybe you're right my drivers could be messed up , but i didnt change them

try windows update... you never know.

Just try and remove stuffplug (you can always put it back) and then see if the problem is there...

i will try that but i dont trust their updates, i dunno if i can say this here, but microsoft sucks.... but anyway i will try their updates

i removed stuffplug but i also removed discovery, problem is gone, but damn i should have uninstalled one and then looked first maybe i guess...

Install Stuffplug ng again, as on that program you can also see when someone opens and closes a conversation with you, there was no need to remove them both.
