Plus logo isn't that Bad (*Thinks black Border ) .. Have you tried it... Make water mark effect and tile smaller size...

that way we should keep the underlined always, i think that's what you meant... in the meanwhile check THIS and try the hyperlinks. They're still grey, but i mean the hover effect... does anybody like it?
