Perhaps 192kbps is the uncompressed bitrate, and although it isn't the same quality as a 192kbps wav file, the compression makes it sound very similar.
i though .cda files were at like 300+ kbps, not to mention they don't cut out the high pitched sounds like in .mp3 encoding, don't thing an "uncompressed bitrate" exists becuz the whole point of mp3 is compression
