It is most likely intentional...
E-mail is suppose to be a fast communication way. Normal communication, sending letters with the postoffice, is sometimes called Snailmail (snail because it is slow).
Now TB did this proberly as a joke, saying Hotsnail instead of Hotmail. Because of the slowness of Hotmail. (although I never experienced any "slowness" with it)

Yea, I believe that its intentional, a lot of people make these spelling mistakes to sound amusing sometimes, or its just something that they say instead of the actual title.
