Ok well here is where your going wrong,
Messenger Plus used to rock it used to have so so so cool features and then you messed it upa dding all your spywear and stuff that then made it suck i used to know alot of people with Messenger Plus installed on there pc and now they just delete it as they see no use for it I have so so many ideas for messanger plus might just put my programming head on and start a new software, I am 16 years of age and i know wat young people want and I also know wat older people want, There is a comparison and you starting with nothing then trying to install spywear and messging the program up One bad move, I am still sure many people use this software but I got alot of cool fetaure you could add, Patcho if u have msn maybee we could come ot a agreement and I would swap my ideas wiith you, Could save your software and make you a absulote fortune

Hey mastershank, you have installed the optional tool bar that is included with msg plus! please note this is adware and is easily removed. Please see http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=21598 for details of how to uninstall it. This is included in the installer as Patchou needs to earn a living and this is the best thing to use to gain money at this time.

Patchou has only included the OPTIONAL sponsor program to get a bit of money for all his hard work. He deserves it. It doesn't force you to install the extra tool bar, it gives you a clear choise at installation. If you installed it by mistake then, ok, anoying but you can't throw the blame at Messenger Plus! Don't worry as said above you can easily uninstall it.

i don't know if the install does this, as i haven't had to reinstall plus! in a while, but maybe patchou should add a message box  if the user clicks accept, conferming if they want to install the sponsor, maybe it does this i can't remember, but thats my 2 cents

Patchou has spent a lot of time tweeking with the sponsor and the install screen and has got it so he likes it.
He wont add a messagebox because it will just scare people off.

And therefore he wouldn't get as much money, so he would have to cut back on Plus! development because he would need to find a job to support himself....etc. It's a chain reaction.
