O.P. Daily set time Automated signout
Hi, i'd like to request / see if it's possible to signout at a certain time every day.
I login to MSN from work, come home, but sometimes forget to logout of my work account, and so people send me messages but I can't respond.
Using the task scheduler, it does'nt appear to be possible to select "Sign Out" every day at a certain time. I can appear invisible, although I would much prefer to properly "Sign Out".
Could this feature be added, or could someone kindly show me of another way to achieve this.
Thanks

Hmm, I can't see the problem because if you're logged onto one account, you can't login on two computers at the same time... It's not really possible to do so .

I simply don't spend every evening at home logged into MSN on the home PC.
Any solutions more than welcome.
I propose a feature to Messenger Plus! To log you out.

The plugin does'nt appear to work with MSN 6.2, even when I execute :
regsvr32.exe "c:\program files\MessengerPlus! 3\plugins\shortcutplugin.dll"
To avoid the error on Windows XP and others which says :
Component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
Any other ideas ?

If you have Messenger Plus! you should be able to schedule a Task (Plus! Menu on the Contact List > Task Schedular) Select the Time, Select Everyday, And select Status: Offline or Appear Offline. This will atlease give you the opportunity to go home and sign in or when you go back to work you wont have a tone of messages.

Hi Matty, I am aware of this, however friends can still send me messages, and I may miss them until the next day.
I repeat my original request to have Messenger Plus functionality to sign out from the "Task Scheduler" as I believe it'll be damn useful and should be very easy to code.
I don't go online every day from home, so can't view those messages until the next working day.
