and now Plus! doesnt work.  i cant do the Emotion Sounds.  or the /nick or /all thing.  those are just a few i've noticed.  what could be wrong?  i just tryed restarting my PC...and that didnt help.

run mess patch again and click restore files ( or a similar option).
what messenger version are you using?

If you're using MSN Messenger 7.0.0604 or above, some features are 'broken' in Messenger Plus! and it has nothing to do with the Mess Patch. If you want to have all the features, you can either downgrade to 6.2 or 7.0.0425 (which is the public beta), or wait until the final version of Messenger Plus! 3.50, which will be released Wednesday.
