Well, basically, there is a dodgy thing, where you can add (!WAT) etc. to the world filters, and it could mess a whole lotta stuff up (exaggeration)... So I think that there should be restrictions to certain quick texts/feature shortcuts.
Hmm, well its simple, basically, if you add the quick text for Now Playing: (!WAT), and you have (!WAT) blocked to come up with something else, it will mess up, the default quick texts should not be over-writable, because you can already make a new quick text named (!WAT), this shouldn't be able to do really...
