I can't delete a movie i um aquired....

It says that ^^^ with the file name filled in..

Any processes that could prevent me deleting this? im not using it.

try restarting then deleting?

try deleting it in safe mode?

if neither work there was a command you type in when you select start safe mode with command prompt but im not to sure of the code. i know i got the code from this forum though so someone may reply with it if it comes to that...

EDIT: 'umm acquired' sounds like its a porno move u dont want other people to find

where was it "aquierd" from? if its a download progrm then maybe its still being uploaded by that close all those things and see if it lets you

Close wmp and whatever your playing it with

First try closing and re-opening Windows Explorer and then deleting. If that doesn't work, then try restarting your PC and deleting. If it doesn't delete after trying both of those then I don't know what you could do.

Boot up in save mode and delete.

ctrl+alt+delete -> look for explorer.exe, terminate it.
You won't have a taskbar, but don't worry, just start explorer.exe.
You should be able to delete the file now.

i tried that but i cant get to the file to delete it with explorer terminated lol., ill try safe mode later
