I am gonna use a plugin in wordpress that enables you to mail the posts that you make.

Its asking me for a Smtp server, username, and password.
Could someone help me with the server name ??
I would need an account right ?? I was thinking gmail so any help ?

If you can access the GMail SMTP with your usual username and password, then go ahead. If not, then you may want to look for an e-mail service that gives access to the SMTP server.
