O.P. i cannot hear sound from msg plus

when i try to hear a sound from msg plug i can't hear it. but when i play something like on windows media play i can hear it just fine? can anyone help me?

Check your alerts in the options screen and make sure you have them checked.

If you're on busy, and you have it so that you cannot recieve alerts while your busy maybe?... Other than that play around with the volume control panel.
