I would just like to point out that I have noticed some people removing/altering copyright text that they shouldn't be. Please make sure that you have read my terms of service (particularly the second from last) - http://www.bluealiendesigns.net/index.php?option=...ew&id=20&Itemid=31. I have put these on a static content page to make the terms more visible from the index page.

Also note that while I (personally) do not require you to keep the copyright to MS in, I would not advise that you remove it.
