When someone sends me a sound, it quickly downlaods it but doesnt play it, then if you go to click it again it doesnt play

None of the sounds work custom or built in.

I'm using MSN 7 and latest Plus.

ok i'av found out that theres no sound coming my browers or MSN

Try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work try and download the drivers for your soundcard of the manufacturers website.

i'av restarted lots of times and its a dell computer so i'm think there all installed

Yeah, all bought computers should have them installed. However what I'm saying is that it may be in your best interest to reinstall them by downloading them and installing them off the manufacturer's website, as soon as you find the right model.
