O.P. Modem Drivers For Linux
ATM, I'm downloading Fedora Core and i'm wondering are there any BT Voyager Modem Drivers for it? i've heard of ECIADSL but couldnt understand how to work it on ubuntu

also, is there a way so when you dual boot with windows you can get files from the windows partition? without using back up storage

I don't know about you're modem problem but...

Yeah, there are some ways to make Linux dstros read NTFs particions.

For Ubuntu
For Fedora Cores

In the 2nd link i posted, select the core you have on the left side ;)
