My Laptop Driver is just alittle outdated, so I tried looking for a more up to date one.  I could one but it just seemed to make things worse, now I cant even run games like GTA3 or WoW. 

I have a ATI Radeon IGP 340M graphic's card. I have Windows XP.

Windows XP

scroll down to low speed and the choose the GART drivers

You need the drivers from your Motherboard or Laptop Manufacturer. ATI does not release generic drivers for the IGP series cards.

So where would I get those? I don't know much about this kind of stuff...

well whats the brand of your laptop and whats the make and model of your motherboard?

HP Pavilion xt412, and I have no idea what my motherboard is.
